🛠️ Guide to Solving Common Issues in Oroza RO
Having trouble installing or launching the game? Don’t worry — here’s a step-by-step guide to help you fix it easily.
❌ Error: Cannot init D3D OR grf file has problem

This error can be caused by two main reasons:
- Your graphics card is not being detected properly: configure the game using
opensetupzero.exe
orsetup.exe
. - Corrupted or missing files in the game folder: make sure your download is complete and error-free.
Recommendations:
- Run
opensetupzero.exe
orsetup.exe
as administrator and manually select your graphics card. - Select a resolution.
- Launch the game.

If you need help, feel free to message us on Discord. 😊
❌ Error: Missing .dll Files
If a message appears saying a file is missing when launching the game, such as:
MSVCR100.dll
MSVCP100.dll
MFC110.dll
It means your computer is missing an essential program.
✅ Step-by-step Solution
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 from here:
- If your system is 64-bit: install both versions (x64 first, then x86).
- If it’s 32-bit: install only the x86 version.
- After installation, restart your computer.
- Run the file
Jugar Oroza RO.exe
.

If you open opensetupzero.exe
and your graphics card does not appear, follow these steps:
- Go to the game folder and open dgVoodooCpl.exe.
- In the Output API option, select: Best available one. If that doesn’t work, try Direct3D 11 or 12.
- Click Apply and then OK.
- Reopen
opensetupzero.exe
. Your graphics device should now be detected. - Done! Open
Jugar Oroza RO.exe
and start your adventure.
